1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Commeno ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Commeno is a YouTube comment management workspace for content creators. The Service allows you to view, organize, and reply to comments on your YouTube channel through the YouTube Data API. Commeno is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC or YouTube.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
• You must have a valid Google account and a YouTube channel to connect Commeno.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Commeno account credentials.

4. Your Account

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must not share your account credentials with others.
• You must notify us immediately at support@commeno.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. YouTube API and Google Policies

Commeno uses the YouTube Data API. By using Commeno, you also agree to be bound by:

• Google Privacy Policy

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Commeno complies with YouTube's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. Commeno does not post content to YouTube without your explicit approval for each reply.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Commeno to:

• Post spam, abusive, or hateful content to YouTube.
• Violate YouTube's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage or that negatively impacts the Service's availability for other users.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Content and Replies

• You retain ownership of any content you create using Commeno (reply drafts, notes, etc.).
• You are solely responsible for the replies you send to YouTube through Commeno.
• Commeno does not review or moderate the content of your replies before they are sent.
• By sending a reply through Commeno, you confirm that the content complies with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Service Availability

• Commeno is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.
• Commeno's ability to sync your YouTube data depends on YouTube API availability and your API quota. We are not responsible for data unavailability caused by YouTube API limitations.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COMMENO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COMMENO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@commeno.app
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
